Five languages, solid ground

Three new languages, an arena where everyone stands on the ground, and ascensions that ask a little more each time. Your games now follow you from the PC to the phone in one tap.

Three new languages

  • Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and German join English and French: the whole game, down to the name of every weapon
  • The game starts in your phone's language when it speaks it. To change it: the tent at the bottom of the camp, or the button at the top right of the title screen
  • Numbers are written the way each language writes them (1.802 · 2,5 · 25 %). A line that reads oddly? Tell us on Discord

The arena

  • Nobody floats in the air or stands on the scenery any more: every hero and monster has their feet on the ground, never on a rock, a bush, lava or a pedestal, on phones, tablets and PCs alike
  • No more health bars under the heroes in the arena: their cards just below show their health already. Monsters keep their health bar, their spells and their effects
  • Names no longer hide the characters, and a hero you point at with the mouse, or tap on a phone, steps in front of the others
  • Your healer, your own character, now stands in front of the heroes who fight from behind, where you can see them. On small phones everyone is a little smaller to fit; on PC the fight gathers in the middle of the screen

Your healer

  • An Upgrade all button on your healer's Spells and Attributes pages, like the one for the party: it spends your gold on the cheapest upgrades first, and never on a spell you have not unlocked yet
  • A red dot now shows on each talent you can learn, whatever your class, not only on the Spells tab
  • The portrait at the top left of the fight, the one that opens your healer's pages, kept showing your old class after an ascension: it now shows the new one

Ascension

  • Each ascension comes later: wave 40 for the first, after the first dungeon, then 10 waves more for every ascension already made, up to wave 100
  • This also counts the ascensions you already made: after three of them, the next one waits for wave 70

Daily dungeon

  • The dungeon shows its level, « Dungeon lvl 70 », in Challenges and at the top of the fight. It follows your best wave
  • Its daily leaderboard ranks the level first, then the floors, then the time: a harder dungeon beats an easier one cleared faster
  • The leaderboards show each healer's level next to their name

Online saves

  • A Sync button on the title screen: you play on your PC, then pick up your phone, and one tap brings back your latest game, with no code to type again. It shows once you have entered your save code on that device (or it has sent its own games), and asks before replacing anything

Fixes and comfort

  • On phones, the Gambits page spilled over the right edge of the screen
  • In the camp, the tent's label hid behind the bottom bar on foldables, tablets and PCs
  • When a bomb, a mark or a curse hit your healer, its message showed French words, even in English
  • On the heroes' cards under the arena, an effect with a long name (stunned, marked…) now shows its icon and how long it lasts (« 3 s ») instead of a cut-off word
  • A loading screen when you open a game, instead of a frozen title screen, and the leaderboards show their rows taking shape while they load

On the website

  • The site speaks the game's five languages: pick yours in the menu at the top
  • The daily dungeon leaderboard shows the dungeon's level first, and each healer's level next to their name
  • Pages open faster, especially on phones
  • The menu at the top stays tidy on small screens, and the home page is shorter on phones
